Welcome to the Chronicles of Ibid, my webspace for sharing information and ideas regarding roleplaying in general, and my own personal campaign world in specific. The Chronicles of Ibid are my name for my personal single longest running campaign. Ibid, a central country of great influence in my gaming world, has become the home of most characters that my friends and I have brought to life. The contenent of Auren will be our focus, as will the history of its countries and heroes. Our game has been played mostly using TSR's Advanced Dungeons and Dragons gaming system. We like it because it's simple, it doesn't get in the way, and we all know it. We've also played around with other systems, including Ars Magica and GURPS, and even created our own system of rules. UPDATE: 12/19/1999 - added an updated map to the Downloads page. This map shows all of the middle lands of Auren. Maps including the Jungles of Quaal and the lands of Durbin will follow.
